Lastly, he said the city should considering giving a $25 per meeting stipend to those who serve on Woodbury boards and commissions. He said that would make a potential pay raise for the mayor and council members “more palatable.”

The council unanimously approved a liquor license for , which is set to open Nov. 21 in the off Radio Drive.
