Day 2: Juice Feast/Fast

Not making the same mistake twice.

Juice Fast Day 2. Since I had my little anxiety today, it really helped with the detox process – not hungry. I started my morning with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice followed by a glass of warm water. I drank water all day to keep hydrated.

At 5pm I was in the mood for something besides the water. Keeping with the nice weather I mde a smoothie versus a juice. 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 ripened banana, and coconut milk. Delicious and satisfying.

Going to sit outside and get a little more fresh air. I think it will help losen the tension I am feeling. My jaws feel like they are ready to snap.

Mr. Man called on is way home from the office. He wanted t know if I wanted Buffalo Wild Wings. I had to remind him that I am juicing. I did say if he decided to pick me up anything then make it a salad without meat. This process is very important to me.

Wouldn’t be amazing if I could lose 20 pounds before my wedding day? I am going to work on toning my arms by doing planks and possibly free weights.

I am going to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Hoping it will elp relieve some of this tension I am feeling. My jaws are so tight, they feel like they are going to snap.
