The storm last night kept me awake longer that I wanted. I was worried about having my windows open, yet didn't want to have to close them until the last possible moment. I woke up tired and did not juice. Again, relied on the old staple of the Naked Juice. I am setting a poor example to my readers and myself. Juicing really isn't this hard, just need to make the time to do it, no different from preparing a meal. Luckily, there are healthy options when you do not have the time to do so.
Since I didn't take the time to juice myself, I figured I would at least share one of my favorite juice recipes:

Mr. Man and I opted to eat as Sushi Tango. I had very good intentions for the evening: tried Miso Soup. I am glad I had the opportunity to try it before I wasted my time to prepare it at home. I could not get over the flavor of the fish broth. Plus it left an after taste in my mouth.
They brought Mario's egg rolls out, which I sampled one, so I ordered the green salad. I LOVE the green salad from there. We even shared a shrimp fried rice. Or, I should say I had a small plate. The salad, egg roll, and a little rice filled me up. If you didn't know, your stomach is the size of a fist and that portion is enough to have you feeling satisfied.

After dinner, I went straight home to bed. The lack of sleep the night before caught up with me. Unfortunately I woke up a few hours later with an upset stomach. It was not happy with the solid food. The remedy: water. I guess when I come off my fast I will start with smoothies, then graduate to applesauce. lol
How is everyone else doing on their fast?
