Juicing Experience: Day 15 & 16

I could have juiced the whole day away.

I could have juiced the whole day away.

After dropping the boys off from school, I started on my next creation; taking everything I like and mixing it up. The monster mash.

  • 1 red pair
  • 1 Sonya apple
  • 1 Figi apple
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 slice of ginger root
  • 1/4 beet
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of parsley

I simple loved the flavor and would have been satisfied drinking this all day long.  However, as usual I was forced to eat Chipotle for dinner.  :) 

Mr. Man tried the drink when he came home, but he still has not developed a taste for juiced vegetables - no matter how sweet the drink.

Day 16

We were not good at all....  I drank fluids all day, but not a healthy juice.  I didn't feel right not having juice, so I made a dessert one.

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 Pineapple
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • Use a strawberry for a garnish.

The recipe was from Pinterest and it was absolutely amazing.

Mr. Man requested a second helping.  :)
