Juicing Experience: Day 26
This is an experience I am glad I tried and would recommend it to everyone.
I had a little juice remaining from yesterday, so that was my breakfast. :)
Mr. Man took me to see Flight at the Woodbury 10 Theater—awesome movie. Of course, I ate half a medium bucket of lightly buttered, heavily salted popcorn with a side of chocolate covered raisins and Cherry Pepsi. Ugh!
I immediately came home to repair the damage with a healthy dinner.

- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1/4 beet
- 1 slice of ginger
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 handful of spinach
Again, another fantastic meal!
I have noticed that there has been an increase in energy level and I physically feel so much better when juicing. This is an experience I am glad I tried and would recommend it to everyone.

Granted a juice feast/fast will be hard for anyone, even an experience juicer, it certainly isn't hard to substitute a meal or two - or even a snack - with a healthy juice or smoothie. You will definitely notice the difference and your body will crave that healthiness.
