Juicing Exprience: Day 10

Looking forward to what I may create tomorrow.

Day 10.  I never thought I would see this day. :)

Actually, think I should have the juicing down by the end of the year.  So, starting in January I will do a feast fast for 120 days.  It is the best time of the year because there isn't any reason to splurge on solids until Easter and spring is around the corner.

After swallowing the lemon juice and water combination, I had an amazing juicing breakthrough:  I made the best juice ever!

  • 1 apple
  • 1 papaya
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 3 spinach leaves
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 beet
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

It was so delicious, I had to call Mr. Man at work and tell him I may not be able to save him some.  I was extremely serious.

Yes, Mr. Man took the juice from yesterday with him today.

Today was even more productive.  I am attempting to grow roots from the grocery store clippings of spinach, parsley, kale, and cilantro.  We will see what the next few days will bring.  I am attempting to have a small indoor garden in the kitchen and dining room.  Thinking fresh produce all year round.

I also figured out why strawberry plants are so expensive: getting the seeds is work.  Yes, I have planted strawberry seeds in 6 eggshells.  Let's hope the instructions I found on Google will give me the anticipated results; delicious, organic strawberries cultivated in my kitchen.  :)

Side note: I  still have a little acne on the jaw line and chin but it isn't horrendously noticeable.  I have been keeping my face clean and make-up free so as not to clog the pores and make it worse.  I sleep like a rock and have tons of energy in my waking hours.  I even received a compliment today stating that I am looking good.  Love the people at Pack and Mail.

For dinner we had Yang's; I stuck with a simple chicken chow mein as it is loaded with vegetables.  I could have drunk the juice all day and night today; barely left a glass for Mario for in the morning. :)

Looking forward to what I may create tomorrow.
