Brief: Gas Main Cut at Liberty Ridge Site II
No students were in danger as crews fixed the line, according to a notice from the school's principal.
A gas main was cut Monday during construction of the 's Site II building.
At no point were students in danger, according to a note from Liberty Ridge Principal Mike Moore. The gas main was cut as crews were tearing up the sidewalk.
emergency personnel, as well as officials from Xcel Energy, responded and students were kept within the building during the short time that the temporary repair was being made, reads Moore’s note.
