College of St. Scholastica

Megan McCarthy, of Woodbury, was named to the spring 2012 dean's list (GPA of 3.75 or better) at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. McCarthy, a junior this past year, is an exercise physiology major.

Dordt College

Katherine Argo, of Woodbury, has been awarded instrumental music, Kuyper, and Presidential scholarships from Dordt College as an incoming freshman. Scholarship details are available on the school’s website.

Marquette

Benjamin Skubic, of Woodbury, has been named to the dean's list for the spring 2012 semester at Marquette University in Milwaukee. Skubic is pursuing a bachelor of science degree in accounting.

Concordia University, St. Paul

Three students from Woodbury made the spring 2012 dean’s list (GPA of 3.5 or better) at Concordia University, St. Paul. They are:

  • Natalie Renalls, a senior majoring in mathematics.

Nebraska

Keegan Allen Lee Jorgensen, of Woodbury, was named to the University of Nebraska dean’s list/honor roll for the spring semester of the 2011-12 academic year. Jorgensen, a sophomore, is a computer engineering major.

UW-River Falls

Luther College

Luther College seniors Kathleen Towell and Jessica Ulrich, both of Woodbury, made the 2012 spring semester dean's list (GPA of 3.5 or better).

Michigan Tech

Emily Gamm, of Woodbury, participated in the Women in Engineering Program on the campus of Michigan Technological University this summer.

UW-Stout

Three students from Woodbury earned the University of Wisconsin-Stout’s Chancellor’s Award for the spring 2012 semester. They are:

  • Sarah Hibbing, majoring in retail merchandising and management.
  • Daniel Runge, majoring in packaging.
  • Anna Siekmeier, majoring in graphic design and interactive media.
Northwestern College

Three students from Woodbury made the spring semester dean's list at Northwestern College in St. Paul. They are:

  • Kory Kiekhoefer, son of Gary and Diane Kiekhoefer. Kory is pursuing a degree in business.
  • Cassaundra Stansbury, daughter of Timothy and Leigh Stansbury. Cassaundra is pursuing a degree in visual arts education.
  • Sarah Stenson, daughter of Kurt and Sue Stenson. Sarah is pursuing a degree in early childhood education.
Dunwoody College of Technology

Alfredo Santiago, of Woodbury, was named to Dunwoody College of Technology's spring quarter dean's list (GPA of 3.5 or higher).
