Meeting the Challenge of Losses in our Lives

Paul Johnson,  Supervisor of Bereavement Services for HealthPartners Hospice & Palliative Care, will be giving a presentation "Meeting the Challenge of Losses in our Lives" on June 12th at Prelude Memory Care Cottages in Woodbury.  There will be a light breakfast served at 8:00 am and the one hour presentation will begin at 8:30 am.  This presentation does offer 1 continuing education credit for social workers and nurses. 

Prelude Memory Care Cottages are located at 10020 Raleigh Road, at the intersection of Raleigh Road and Woodbury Drive.  Prelude is an assisted living facility specializing in memory care.
