Stillwater-based FamilyMeans will offer Powerful Tools for Caregivers, a six-week class beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 31, designed to provide you with the skills you need to take care of yourself.

The class, Powerful Tools for Caregivers, will help caregivers:

• Reduce stress

What: Powerful Tools for Caregivers

 

When: Tuesdays beginning on Jan. 31, 2012

            Also Feb. 7, Feb. 14, Feb. 21, Feb. 28 and March 6

            1 to 3:30 p.m.

Where: FamilyMeans

Cost: $40 for all six classes

FamilyMeans is an accredited Stillwater-based nonprofit organization. Services provided include financial counseling, family and individual counseling, mental health services, collaborative divorce, caregiver support and youth enrichment programs.
