Practical Chinese: Mandarin Chinese 1 class begins on May 7

The instructor Katie Dailey is a China native who was born and raised in China.  Katie has been teaching Mandarin Chinese at 3M for over three years.  Since 2009 she also taught China travel and culture class at Century College, community education at 622 ISD St. Paul, Oakdale, Maplewood and 833 ISD Woodbury, Cottage.  Katie earned a bachelor’s degree in science from a prestigious China university.

This 5-session class is designed for beginners.  You will learn useful and necessary Chinese dialogues and key sentences for topics related to daily life, travel and culture. You will have a good opportunity to practice Chinese in a group or in a pair during the class in addition to the necessary learning.  The textbook with audio CD containing recording of all of the vocabulary and dialogues using standard Chinese pronunciation is well written and easy to follow.  The instructor will break the myth on the Chinese language for you.

Learning Chinese is never so affordable at $15/hour.  Each session lasts 1.5 hours starting May 7 to June 4 on Saturdays.  You pay in the class for each session that you attend.  Textbook can be purchased on amazon.com at student’s own expense prior to the class.  Please RSVP by May 1, call 651-323-0101 or email Katie@daileytravelservice.com.
