YMCA Senior Health and Fitness Day

The Y in Woodbury, 2175 Radio Drive, will be hosting YMCA Senior Health and Fitness Day on Wednesday, May 23rd from 9:00AM to 9:00pm. The theme is “Never too old to Play”.  In celebration we are opening our doors to all 55+ adults in the community to our Open House from 9am to 9pm.  Our branch events will run from 1:00 to 3:00pm and will include; Chair Massages, Brain Health, Health Screenings, Fitness Assessments, Fitness Class Samplers, Obstacle Course, Resource Fair and more! Lunch available, but must pre-register and pay by May 18th. Lunch catered by Dickie's Barbecue Pit of Woodbury.  The cost is $6 for Y Members and $8 for Non-Members.  For information or questions contact Roxy at 651-739-6590.
