Field Set For District 833 School Board Election
Incumbents Ron Kath, Leslee Boyd and Jim Gelbmann all file for re-election.
Seven people—including all three incumbents—have filed for election to the District 833 School Board.
The filing period closed at 5 p.m. today, and Ron Kath, Leslee Boyd and Jim Gelbmann will all run again for their respective seats.
Voters will head to the polls on Nov. 8 to fill the three open seats on the South Washington County School Board.

Those who filed include:
- Ron Kath, Cottage Grove (incumbent)
- Leslee Boyd, Woodbury (incumbent)
- Steve Lagoon, Cottage Grove
- Katie Schwartz, St. Paul Park
- Jim Gelbmann, Woodbury (incumbent)
- Joe Ryan, Woodbury
- Lezlie L. Schriver, Cottage Grove
Each of the positions is a four-year term that runs from Jan. 1, 2012, through Dec. 31, 2015.
