In Woodbury, Dancing Away The Last Day
Middleton Elementary students took to the gym for a dance as part of an annual tradition on the last day of school.
Students at for the past few years have held a dance during the last day of school. Today was no different.
While participating in the hokey-pokey, the Macarena, the dance from Thriller and other favorites, the students clearly enjoyed themselves in the school's gym on Wednesday, June 8.
But Principal Julie Nielsen said the school's PTO puts on the annual event, but at the same time, the last day of school always has a "certain sadness to it."
