More Administrative Changes For Woodbury Schools

Jason Schultz, AD at Woodbury High, will become an assistant principal at Cottage Grove Middle School; Kelli Isakson, a staffer at Woodbury Middle School, will move up to assistant principal at the school.

South Washington County Schools this morning announced several changes to administrative positions.

Jason Schultz, activities director at , will take a job as an assistant principal at Cottage Grove Middle School.

Kelli Isakson, a staffer at , will move up to assistant principal at the school.

Schultz has been the AD at WHS for two years and was previously the director of Athletics and Activities for the Chippewa Falls School District. He was also an administrator in Elk River at a school with grades 6-12.

He holds a bachelor of science from University of Wisconsin, a master’s from Louisiana State University and an Ed.S. from St. Thomas University in educational administration.

Isakson is currently serving in a variety of capacities—District D.A.P.E. (Developmental Adapted Physical Education) Coordinator, Student Achievement Specialist and Middle School Special Education Support—at Woodbury Middle School.

Her list of administrative support includes time at Liberty Ridge, Red Rock and Bailey Elementary Schools, where she also served as an assistant principal intern.

Isakson is a K-12 alumnus of South Washington County Schools, graduating from Woodbury High School.

Her education also includes a bachelor of science in physical education and health from University of Wisconsin-River Falls. D.A.P.E. certification and also a master’s in education were earned from the University of Minnesota. She also has a K-12 administrative license from Saint Mary’s University.

“Both have a wealth of administrative responsibilities through their work in education and will be key to the ongoing development of middle school programming,” Assistant Superintendent Keith Ryskoski said in a statement.

The district will immediately post both the Bailey Elementary principal and Woodbury High School activities director positions.
