CrossFit Woodbury is hosting a "Teen Throwdown" competition vs. other affiliated teen CrossFitters from around the metro area. The free competition starts at 1 p.m. and the workout will be scaled for various competitor ages/levels.  The registration form, workouts and more information can be found on the website www.crossfitwoodbury.com
