Hands-Only CPR
Learn and perform the simple steps of Hands-Only CPR and how to work and automatic external defibrillator (AED). Hands-Only CPR is a simplified method of CPR that requires no mount-to-mouth breathing. It was created to build bystander confidence and improve public participation to assist an adult who sudden collapses from cardiac arrest. Hands-Only CPR has been shown to be as effective as conventional CPR with mouth-tomouth breathe in the first few minutes of an out-of hospital sudden cardiac arrest.
