10 Weeks On, Transformed Woodbury Yard Is Indeed Edible
The Schoenherr family is starting to harvest their 'Edible Estate,' the Star Tribune reported.
“We knew it was cauliflower. We didn’t know it was purple."
That's what John Schoenherr told the Star Tribune about his favorite plant from among 100 crops now growing where the family's Woodbury lawn used to be.
The international art project known as "Edible Estates" is flourishing at its local site, the newspaper reported.
