Woodbury Days Challenge Returns for 2013

The family-friendly competition gives teams of 2-4 clues that lead them around to different vendor booths Saturday, Aug. 24, at Ojibway Park.

It’s kind of like a cross between the Amazing Race and a scavenger hunt, according to Woodbury Days organizer Theresa Janechek.

The Woodbury Days Challenge returns for this year’s festivities, coming up Aug. 23-25.

The family-friendly competition gives teams of 2-4 clues that lead them around to different vendor booths at Ojibway Park. The Woodbury Days Challenge is set for Saturday, Aug. 24.

At each booth, teams will complete a “light physical or intellectual challenge,” everything from jumping jacks to trivia, according to Elizabeth Owens, Woodbury recreation technician.
