The theme for this year’s Relay for Life of South Washington County was “My reason to relay.”

There was a board at the event where people could tell others why they formed teams and walked the track and stayed overnight at East Ridge High School in an effort to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. And a relative of this year’s honorary survivor told the crowd her reasons. (See the video.)
