My husband and I both got new glasses at Horner Eyecare for the first time. Had a lengthy wait for mine to get back from the lab but Saprina went to bat for us and worked it out to our satisfaction. Very happy overall with the service we received and would go back again.

I would not recommend Horner Eyecare in Woodbury, MN. My husband and I both had eye exams and ordered glasses form here. Their lab put the wrong prescription in his glasses, which were readers that we ended up paying almost $200 for. I ended up grabbing a cheap pair of readers for him for $5.00 at the drugstore that worked better. I have a high rx lenses and ordered the glasses with the polarized lense that gets dark when you go outside..Again very expensive even with insurance. The glass on both lenses cracked. I have worn glasses for close to 40 years and never had this happen! I went back with my glasses a couple years later thinking maybe they were covered by warrenty. The woman who works for Dr. Horner said the warrenty was two years and I was in 2 months past the warrenty! I have talked to other eyewear companies that told me that this could have been challenged on the end of the Dr.s office, and would have been good customer service. They refused. My husband brought his glasses back as well and even thought the lab put the wrong rx in his glasses, the company said too much time had passed, the Dr. did a new exam on my husband and charged our insurance company for the exam and to put the correct lenses in the old frames even though the rx had not change!! Unreal, I feel like this company does not provide good customer service when they make a mistake or provide poor quality glasses that break! Would not recommend!
