high pressure sales tactics, followed by repeated returns to finish the job right!! i bought 4 new tires and they were put on with NO NEW VALVE STEMS OR CAPS FOR THE VALVE STEMS!! so i was charged for valve stems that were never put in, and my tires went flat in the dead of winter!! very poor shop, aka franchise!! take it to a private shop and you dont buy, what you dont need!! spread the word people!! tires plus is a very poor, sales driven shop!! private local shops are QUALITY!! not QUANITY!! AMEN!!
