The store is too busy. The wait is too long. He needs to open another location or let somebody else…Read More into his region.
The new Bielenberg Gardens retail area would be perfect. It is just across from a multitude of baseball, soccer, football, hockey and school activities. It will also be connected by a pedestrian tunnel. Golden opportunity.

I actually asked him about Bielenberg Gardens. That would make a lot of sense.

Yes we wouldn't want to disturb the drug deals and tricks being turned at the red roof inn. I wish…Read More the city would just buy the hotel and demolish it. I would be willing to pay a small property tax levy for that. The savings on police calls alone would make it worth while. And they could easily redevelop that space into apartments or office park.
Paul Whackernutz May 23, 2013 at 02:25 pm
I agree that that whole area would be better purposed with a complete redevelopment. The location…Read More is great, but you can't see any of the businesses from the main road and both are in an office park that is long in the tooth. I give the restaurant a year (about as long as previous incarnations have run),

We went for dinner last night, not knowing that it had changed owners. I'm sad a little, because we…Read More liked the previous staff - very friendly. There are a few positive changes in the food - more options. However, some of the dishes have lingering flavors, as if they were cooked in the same pots and pans. Very optimistic about New Dynasty.

Why do we have such a problem in minnesota with serving alcohol to adults? We need to take a lesson…Read More from a much better run state, ie: Wisconsin! They continue to make the right (profitable decisions) hense-Minnesota companies continue to migrate to Wisconsin, Dah!!!

I think this is a good idea. Alcohol aside, its obvious Bielenburg needs a revamp, and this is just…Read More the thing. Why does it matter whether there's alcohol there or not? It's as if as soon as you think of a beer, everyone wants to scream "alcoholic!!!" at you. One of the many reasons I'm glad I moved here to Germany.

This ain't a "waterpark"--yet. It is, for the most part, a youth sports complex, and most…Read More of those don't have booze.

I thought the National Sports Center in Blaine served. I could be wrong though. I remember it coming…Read More up when the city was considering asking a question about alcohol at Bielenberg as part of the biannual survey.
