Million-Dollar Homes in Woodbury? Sure. But ‘Who Knows How Crazy Somebody Wants to Go’
The Woodbury City Council on Wednesday approved several measures that move the Autumn Ridge development forward.
Mike Rygh, of Custom One Homes, says most houses in a new Woodbury development will be in the $800,000 to $900,000 range. Some custom-built Autumn Ridge homes could cost much more. “Who knows how crazy somebody wants to go,” Rygh said, adding that pools, hobby farm-like outbuildings and extensive “man caves” would be likely amenities in the new homes. The Woodbury City Council on Wednesday unanimously approved three measures that move the Autumn Ridge development forward. Plans call for 20 homes to be built on a 61-acre parcel at the southwest corner of Radio Drive and Military Road, north of Glen Road. It’s currently farmland.
