Becker Furniture World Now Open in Woodbury

The company’s mattress store is also open.

The latest addition to Woodbury’s “Furniture Road” is now open. Becker Furniture World has opened at the Woodbury Commons retail area at 10150 Hudson Road. Becker Furniture World Shoots for Winter Opening at New Woodbury Store

There will be a Becker Mattress store at the space, as well.

Becker Furniture World is hoping to open its new store in Woodbury around the New Year. Work is underway at the 40,000-square-foot space at Woodbury Commons, and a Becker Mattress store will also open at the site, said Jim Huseby, CEO. Becker Furniture World Coming To Woodbury

New owner of Woodbury Commons reports that the furniture store will bring the retail asset’s occupancy up to 100 percent.

Becker Furniture World is set to open this fall in the Woodbury Commons retail area at 10150 Hudson Road. Inland Real Estate Corp. on Feb. 24 purchased Woodbury Commons for $10.3 million, and a company spokeswoman told Patch that it has agreed to a lease with the furniture store. It will bring the occupancy at Woodbury Commons up to 100 percent. Founded in 1978, Becker Furniture World currently has four stores in Minnesota, along with two Becker Mattress locations in the state. Inland Real Estate Corp., a real estate investment trust, purchased Woodbury Commons because of its location and the city’s demographics, the spokeswoman said. “We believed we could leverage our local retailer relationships to fill vacancy at the center,” she said. …

I myself I would not buy anything from any becker stores. For one thing they are a rip off place.For a other reason I would not buy anything from becker is because they lie about when you purchased something. The sale men are out to make a fast buck.   more ›
