McCollum Projected Winner in Fourth Congressional District
With 80 percent of the precincts in the Fourth Congressional District McCollum has been projected the winner over GOP candidate Tony Hernandez.
U.S. Rep. Betty McCollum (DFL) has been elected to her seventh term as representative of the Fourth Congressional District, various news outlets are reporting. Stillwater and Woodbury are newcomers to the Fourth Congressional District, which has been represented by a Democrat since the 1940s. McCollum faced GOP challenger Tony Hernandez.
