The individual still had not been located as of 2:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. Police got a call about an erratic driver, and later were called about the crash, which happened a little after 11 a.m. Wednesday morning. Witnesses told police the individual had fled, said Michelle Okada, police department spokeswoman, but the person wasn't deemed a threat to area residents.
