Donja Cortez Warren, 19, of North St. Paul, faces a felony fleeing police charge.
At speeds of more than 100 mph, police decided not to continue a vehicle pursuit that began near the Woodbury Kohl’s in early March. Instead, photos from Facebook and post from Donja Cortez Warren’s Twitter account have led to felony fleeing police charges for the 19-year-old from North St. Paul. If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison and a $5,000 fine. According to the criminal complaint: Police on March 3 were called about three men suspected of stealing items from Kohl’s; they had exited the store and fled in a vehicle, and authorities established a perimeter. A major remodel of the department store’s Woodbury location will begin soon.
The Woodbury Kohl’s is set to undertake a major remodel soon. A worker there told Patch it would begin within a week or so, and Sydney Hofer, senior public relations coordinator, said the remodeling work would continue through the fall. A celebration of its completion scheduled for October, she said. Kohl’s will remain open during the remodel. This is the second upgrade of a Woodbury department store of late. In June, the Star Tribune reported that Marshall’s was completing a “cosmetic upgrade.” The Woodbury Kohl's is located in the Woodbury Village shopping complex at 7100 Valley Creek Plaza. Oh, and I’m short too. So I don’t mind a couple of added inches. However, recent fashion trends are headed in a direction of complete comedy for women who still…

Looks the same to me. They moved the service counter near west doors. Seems like it will be a mess the day after Christmas. That was the only change I noticed.   more ›
