Community Development Director Dwight Picha on Wednesday ran down the latest development and business updates for the Woodbury City Council. Here are the updates from previous Patch posts and Picha, who is also the 2012 Woodbury Citizen of the Year. Eagle Brook Church has applied for a building permit for a new church near the intersection of Settlers Ridge Parkway and Brookview Road. The church hopes to start work this spring. The Woodbury location is the fifth Eagle Brook Church campus.
