Report: Million-Dollar Homes Planned at Woodbury Development
The Woodbury City Council on Wednesday is expected to examine plans for Autumn Ridge, located at the southwest corner of Military Road and Radio Drive.
A developer envisions homes that would range from $700,000 to more than $1 million in the southwest portion of Woodbury, according to a Star Tribune report. The Woodbury City Council on Wednesday is set to discuss plans for Autumn Ridge, a 61.35-acre parcel located at the southwest corner of Military Road and Radio Drive, north of Glen Road. Twenty single-family homes would be built at the site, according to a council memo. Groundbreaking on the first of the houses is expected to begin this spring, Tim Thone, of Thone Property Investments, told the Star Tribune. “Nobody’s really done an estate-type development in Woodbury in more than 25 years,” he told the newspaper.
