Woodbury Community Theatre Heads ‘Into the Woods’ for Fall Play

Shows begin in October at The Loft Stage at East Ridge High School.

Woodbury Community Theatre will hit the stage next month to perform the award-winning musical Into the Woods. The fairy-tale themed production—by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine—features several storybook-type characters “as they strive to get their wishes and deal with the consequences of those wishes,” according to a release from Woodbury Community Theatre. This will be the last show without the benefit of a new black box theater, which will adjoin the high school once built.
