Man Sentenced Following Woodbury Crack Cocaine Bust

The deal went down at the Green Mill in Woodbury in July 2012.

A man was recently sentenced following a conviction for selling $400 worth of crack cocaine in Woodbury. Demontrea Jeremiah Muskon Davis, 21, was given a year in jail (with credit for 87 days served) and a stayed 15-month prison sentence, along with other conditions of his parole. At about 6 p.m. on July 30, 2012, Davis sold $400 in crack cocaine to a buyer during a meet at the Green Mill in Woodbury, according to the complaint. When arrested, Davis had the cash on him, and the cocaine had a packaged weight of 1.1 grams. During an interview with investigators, he admitted to selling the drugs and said he needed the money because he was homeless, the complaint says. Two Men Charged Following Crack Deal Orchestrated by Police

The two face felony drug charges after an informant helped police set up a drug deal in the lot of a Woodbury restaurant.

Two men face felony drug charges after police set up a drug deal for $400 worth of crack. Dana Earl Luellen, Jr., 42, of New Hope, was hit with two felony drug charges, while Danell Orlando Ceaser, 32, of Minneapolis, faces one felony drug count following an April 18 drug deal at a parking lot on Hudson Road in Woodbury. Authorities learned through a confidential informant that an individual named “Rob” could provide the informant with crack, according to the criminal complaint. The person told the informant that he would need a ride to Woodbury and the $400 included a delivery charge, the complaint says.
