Located in the former Blockbuster space at 1960 Donegal Drive, Kosama features small group workouts, and focuses on muscle confusion, nutrition and consultation. A new workout studio is coming to Woodbury. Kosama is set to open in late November or early December in the former Blockbuster space at 1960 Donegal Drive (off Valley Creek Road). The studio features “small-group, personal-training, boot-camp style” sessions, said Jodi Sussner, director of programming. Kosama offers workouts that include kettle bells, bands, bars, yoga and kickboxing, she said. Kosama focuses on three principles: muscle confusion, nutrition and consultation, and offers an eight-week money-back guarantee, Sussner said.
