A new sandwich shop featuring a “true East Coast” flavor is set to open in Woodbury. Jersey Mike’s Subs will open at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, said owner Brian Risch, who lives in Woodbury. “People are unbelievably excited that we’re coming to town,” he said. With meats and cheeses cut after the customer orders, Jersey Mike’s offers a variety of hot and cold subs. The cold sandwiches come in three sizes; two for the hot ones. There are also “subs in a tub,” with the ingredients in a salad rather than on bread. Check out a menu on the Jersey Mike’s website.
