Katie, did you also send those photos to our association? We have made complaints to no avail..Maybe if more people send them concerns. I can't understand with all the bag stations... plain lazy! I agree if you can't take care of your dog... don't get one! Sorry to see it is not just our area... irresponsible, lazy people. more ›
