Craig is a licensed professional engineer in 10 states and is a LEED accredited professional.

Mr. Tarr has been working in the engineering industry for 20 years and is nationally recognized for his expertise in the field of mechanical engineering as applied to the built environment.

Mr. Tarr holds a BSME degree from Colorado State University with an emphasis in solar and wind engineering. Mr. Tarr founded Energy Concepts in 1994 as a mechanical consulting engineering firm and has directed its operations ever since, including its 2006 transition into renewable energy design, facilitation and installation.

Craig oversees all aspects of the company and is responsible for engineering and project design, product selection and appraisal, energy sector awareness, as well as strategy, oversight and facilitation of large-scale commercial projects.
