Melanie is a full-time mom of a blended family with 5 kids ages 14, 12, 11, 10 & 2 1/2 years. As if that doesn't sound wild enough, she's married to a police sergeant who's profession adds an extra layer of hectic to family life.<br>Her experiences have inspired her to launch Minnesota Law Enforcement Companion Support, a group dedicated to providing support to companions of Law Enforcement. She also is running the Minnesota Auxiliary of the national group, Wives Behind the Badge, Inc. <br>She still has energy left over to blog about her sometimes too exciting life here at Woodbury Patch.
