About Mike
I am an innovative, cooperative, active listener, critical and analytical thinker, and visionary with 20 plus years in business, who takes initiative to solve complex problems through use of project management principles, system evaluation and analysis, deductive and inductive reasoning, adaptive and category flexibility, problem sensitivity, information ordering, monitoring, social perceptiveness, and judgment and decision making. The outcome of which is a fluency of ideas and improvements that encompasses the needs of the organization and stakeholders with a high level of integrity and dependability. The ideal role to use these skills would be in Business or Operations Management, Process Improvement, or any other role that requires a broad understanding of the interconnected nature of today’s business dynamic and needs someone that can quickly adapt to change and lead others in that change.

Track record for quickly establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with ability to use diplomacy and tact to diffuse high tension situations, experienced in needs analysis and problem solving through traditional and non-traditional means.
