Prelude Homes & Services just opened Prelude Memory Care Cottages located in Woodbury, Minnesota in August 2011. We are conveniently placed in a residential setting in order to create the home like atmosphere that we strive for, for our residents and their families.

Prelude Cottages are a safe haven for those with memory loss - offering a unique combination of environment, technology, and specialized care. As our name suggests, we believe that the best is yet to come. The silver trumpet in our logo symbolizes the foundation of this belief.
