I love to cook for my family and friends.  I frequently go out trying to find something new and different in the Twin Cities area.  I have a passion for food and how it is prepared and presented.  Being in the service industry I try to stay ahead of the game with new food trends or unique dishes.  I love talking with Chefs about where their inspiration come from and how they discover the next new hot recipe.
