Beth-Ann Bloom, long-time Woodbury resident and Patch reader is one of the two State Fair finalists in the Kemps Hometown Favorite Ice Cream contest. The champion flavor will be made and sold with the winner's picture on the carton (and staring out of the freezer at Cub, Rainbow, Target, and Kowalski's).
