A previous lease extension with Cups n' Scoops ends Oct. 31, and the current operator has said she does not want to continue it, said Jodi Sauro, recreation supervisor. However, the company could potentially return, she said.
Cups n' Scoops has occupied the 759-square-foot space at Central Park since it opened more than 10 years ago.
The deadline for submitting proposals is 4:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11.
More information, including the complete RFP, also is available on the Central Park website.
“We’ll see what comes our way,” Sauro said.
Questions about the request for proposal can be directed to Sauro at 651-714-3581 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
More information is also available on the Central Park website.
