Pledge Allegiance to the (Digital) Flag

The Woodbury City Council has a longstanding tradition of saying the Pledge of Allegiance before each meeting.

That room doesn’t have an American Flag, and as council members got ready to say the pledge, staff put up an image of the stars and stripes on a screen.
