‘High-End’ Bridal Shop, Dentist Going in at Woodbury’s Tamarack Hills

Two businesses have signed leases to occupy space in the new buildings under construction at Tamarack Hills in Woodbury.

Raffiné Bridal & Formal Wear is moving to Woodbury from Stillwater, according to Mark Young, vice president of sales and leasing at Crossroads Properties.

He called it a “high-end” bridal shop, and the company is expected to open in Woodbury around Nov. 1.

Raffiné Bridal has been located in downtown Stillwater since 2004, and offers designer gowns, prom dresses, tuxedos and wedding accessories, according to its website.

"This family owned and operated business will better serve their customers by having prime freeway access and gaining additional square footage," reads part of a release on its website. "Most importantly, Raffiné Bridal & Formal Wear will not be closing their doors in the Stillwater location immediately. Instead they will operate in two locations up to six months for an appropriate adjustment period."

A dentist has also signed a lease to occupy a pad at the site, near the entrance to Tamarack Hills, located at the corner of Tamarack Road and Bielenberg Drive.

Young said the "shell" of the two buildings should complete around Oct. 1, and Crossroads Properties is closing in on leases with several other businesses. There are about 10 pads spread across the two buildings, he said.
