Woodbury Business Hits 5-Year Mark

Woodbury-based Ispíri Design-Build on Wednesday commemorated the firm’s five-year anniversary.

The company—specializing in developing custom building and remodeling ideas—recognized the date of its first job: Aug. 1, 2007.

“We are pleased to celebrate five flourishing years as a remodel, design and build firm. Throughout the last half of a decade Ispíri has cultivated exceptional client relationships, become an award-winning firm and been significantly recognized throughout the industry,” Jason Fabio, owner of Ispíri Design-Build, said in a statement. “All of this would not be possible if not for our incredible team of designers. We feel extremely lucky to have had such immense growth and success these past five years and look forward to serving our clients ideas and dreams for many more years to come!”  

The company has grown from one employee to 17, and completed more than 250 design-build projects over the past half decade, according to a release. Ispíri has also been involved in volunteering, packing more than 50,000 meals with Feed My Starving Children to date.

Within the past five years Ispíri has become a Certified Remodeler by NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry), Kitchen and Bath Designer by NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) and Aging in Place Specialist by NAHB (National Association of Home Rebuilders), the release says. Ispíri has also been honored with more than 14 awards from organizations such as NARI (Contractor of the Year) and the BATC (Builders Association of the Twin Cities Remodelers ROMA’s), as well as placed in the Top 500 Remodelers in the Nation by Qualified Remodeler magazine.

The Ispíri showroom is located at 710 Commerce Drive, suite 150, in Woodbury. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday; and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome.
