Communiity Open House

Prelude Homes & Services will mark the opening of its Central Cottage and South Cottage on Sunday, May 6, 2012 with a Community Open House with tours and refreshments between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Prelude is pleased to be partnering with a number of area Hospice providers to serve their clients in our Center Cottage, while continuing to focus on the delivery of Premier Memory Care in our North and South Cottages.
