Man Charged After Police Find Drug Safe at Woodbury Home

Steven Charles Heinn, 25, faces felony drug charges.

In a hidden safe at a home at the 8800 block of Summer Wind Circle, police found more than a third of a pound of marijuana, a digital scale, drug paraphernalia, baggies and a “large amount” of cash.

Now, Steven Charles Heinn, 25, faces felony drug charges stemming from the items found while police were executing the search warrant at the home on Feb. 15.

Heinn on April 15 was charged with fifth-degree drug possession.

A Washington County Sheriff's Office detective was told by that while executing a search warrant at the home he would find the hidden safe, which was located in one of the bedrooms, according to the criminal complaint. Officers found a Social Security card and other residential documents that belong to Heinn.

He admitted to purchasing and possessing the marijuana, the complaint says.
