Man Sentenced After Police Find Drug Cache at Woodbury Home

Patrick Charles Nordeen, 21, got three years of probation.

In late November 2011, authorities found nearly a pound of marijuana—and plenty of drug paraphernalia—in a home at the 3700 block of Monticello Drive.

Nine months later Patrick Charles Nordeen, 21, was sentenced to three years of probation. His sentence was stayed on the grounds that he remain law abiding, serve 15 days in jail or on a Sentence to Service crew, and submit to random drug tests, among other conditions.

According to the criminal complaint:

At about 7 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2011, the Washington County Narcotics Unit and executed a search warrant at the home and found:

  • a driver’s license in the name of Patrick Nordeen;
  • 10 marijuana pipes;
  • a marijuana grinder;
  • a “digi-vapor” marijuana smoking device;
  • two digital scales;
  • suspected marijuana seeds;
  • a glass container with suspected marijuana residue;
  • a ceramic container with suspected marijuana oil;
  • a bong with marijuana residue;
  • more than 285 grams of packaged marijuana; and
  • another 111.54 grams of marijuana and a broken glass pipe in a kitchen garbage can.
