Police were called to the home and found the woman crying and upset.

She told police her babysitter had called her after hearing the door open and finding Schmidt in the home. He yelled at the babysitter and blamed her for ending the relationship.

She came home and found Schmidt in her bed, clearly intoxicated, and she told him to leave. She agreed to drive him to his car at Throwbacks.

During the drive, Schmidt continued to berate her and threatened to kill her. He told her she would have a surprise waiting for her when she got home.

She eventually dropped him off at the bar’s parking lot, and he got out and punched the car.

When she arrived home she found her pet snake had its head torn off.

She also found that her clothing had lotion poured on it and he had apparently urinated on it.
