Woodbury To Hold Truth In Taxation Hearing Wednesday

The city's tax levy for 2012 is expected to remain flat; hearing set for Wednesday night at City Hall.

The Woodbury City Council on Wednesday is expected to approve the city’s 2012 budget and tax levy.

The proposed 2012 budget is expected to increase 5.1 percent from 2011 to just more than $64.5 million.

Residents will have the opportunity to react to the proposals during a Truth in Taxation hearing during the meeting, which is set to begin at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 14, at .
